The unstoppable expansion of FCB Escola

The FCB Escola project has enjoyed exponential growth over the last four years and now boasts 14 schools based in over 50 countries all over the five continents. There are schools which have an established relationship with the countries they are based in – such as those in Poland, India and Japan, and also newer ones which are quickly becoming better known, such as those in in Brazil, USA or Santa Domingo. The most recent schools in places such as Turkey and Morocco are also proving successful.

The FCBEscola project is not just aimed at creating football schools – it is also charged with integrating other footballing training projects around the world, such as campuses and clinics. These activities have now provided a great lesson in football training for the more than 30,000 boys and girls from many countries and cultures who’ve attended them.

The FCB Escolas work with a very clear model to achieve an equally clear objective, a unique model which is based on the creative attacking philosophy favoured from the Club’s Academy teams all the way up to the first team. FCBEscola’s training involves the transmission of Club values such as humility, hard work, ambition and team work. The aim is to help the youngsters improve their football skills and also to promote the living together of people from different cultures, nationalities and philosophies who all share a passion for football and Barça.
